#ShortOnes XX #UndergroundRecos

Hello there,

And I reached the edition number XX. Hmmm… Already? To be honest I didn’t notice time passing by… Many lines I already wrote here and many bands I found out. It’s been very good.

Hope you can enjoy my choices for today.

Band: Arcane Marrow
Title: The Elders Present to Me
Label: Moonlight Cypress Archetypes
Release date: 22 July 2021
Country: USA
Format reviewed: Digital stream

Found this band by a special person suggestion, and it was a kind of first love at first listen. This one-man band is very powerful and the music done by the only member named Ryan Clackner (No nickname here) is so damn good. However, I only advise this to people that love Raw Black Metal.

Band: Korpituli
Title: The Ancient Spells Of The Past
Label: Korpituli Productions
Release date: 20 July 2021
Country: Finland
Format reviewed: Digital stream

And another one-man band that I found this week. Very good. The atmosphere around the songs, the way the voice is put on the songs, the production, a mix of raw and well produced Black Metal if that expression can be used. Hmmm… Anyway. A very good surprise and it must be shared

Band: Marras
Title: Endtime Sermon
Label: Spread Evil Productions
Release date: 09 July 2021
Country: Finland
Format reviewed: Digital stream

Oh my. What a release. Do you remember the old fashion Black Metal made in the 90s’ mixed with just a few keys here and there? Well… If you remember that and you want to listen to a very good damn album in that “line” or “spirit”, well, grab this one. Very good.

Band: Solipsism
Title: Cruelty & Necrospection
Label: Atrocity Altar
Release date: 08 July 2021
Country: Australia
Format reviewed: Digital stream

I found this band in my searches on Bandcamp and when I saw the cover I thought that would be a Death Metal band playing in the old school way. Wrong answer. This band plays Raw Black Metal and a very good one. You need to check this.

Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
