Bizarre… Well, the name does not fit on the band’s name.

I only knew the band by name, yes it is true. Shame on me. Yes, shame on me. I was losing a good band to add to my list of knowledge (yes I have one).

But at the same time, I knew that in the past the band was related to another label. I remember seeing some info about it but never heard the music played by this Catalan/Spanish/La Rioja band.

And like I said I was losing a big and really good band playing a very good Death Metal.

To be honest, at the same time, does not look like a typical Spanish Death Metal band. I mean, from what I know the majority of the Spanish Death Metal bands, have a kind of way of playing (even if you can listen to some influences), Not this case. At least in my opinion.

They are different. They are OSDM and they rub a little on grind mixing the European Death Metal with the North American Death Metal. So you will find the melody and/or brutality in all songs.

The balance between that is very well done, to be honest. And the reason for that, or at least in my opinion is the history of all the members in the Spanish underground. Some bands are better known, others not so much, but all those bands are history to each member and they can’t deny that experience.

An example: Onirophagus, ex-Judaswiege, Elderdawn, Insidious War, Moribundo, Aposento, Cult of Self Destruction, Deviltook, Leviathan, No Life Code, Wormed…

This album is divided into 13 songs if you count with the intro named “The Void” and the outro named “Ancient Forgotten Tsathoggua” with a total time of 43:17.
I can assure you that you will not get bored or dislike this album, well, I hope not, but of course, that depends on your taste, and of course, I will respect it if you don’t like it.

I can say that I heard this album several times and, listen after listen I started to like and like even more.

Listen to the music in order to feel it and to support the band. 8.5/10 The Key Keeper 666
