#BAZUndergroundUpdates LXXXIII

4 min read

Everlasting Tuesdays are always at hand! Our writers Julia Katrin and Tom Boatman are sweating by their desks as always to keep up with the latest Underground Updates, bringing the latest info on entertainment and other fabulousness straight to you!

So, let’s see what’s out there…

NON SERVIAM As a point of principle, we mention Non Serviam whenever we possibly can, and this week is no exception! The group´s new video to the track Il Pleut Partout Derrière (taken from their recent, excellent EP available here) is now available and you can watch it on CVLT Nation right now, right here! On top of this fabulous fun, the group will also be recording a split EP in the early 2022 as a co-release with an artist that Non Serviam greatly admires, however, we will have to stay tuned to find out more about that project. Finally, their Instagram page is now fully active, so head over here and give them a follow!

BEYOND HELVETE This past 29th of October, Beyond Helvete released Mass of Obedience via Immortal Frost Productions in anticipation of the band’s upcoming fourth full length album, scheduled for a release next year. Watch the music video here, and we do hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

HORROR PAIN GORE DEATH PRODUCTIONS As short we will be referring to the label as HPGD, and now it has just released 31 CD´s for $31 Halloween Grab Bag! It is exactly as it sounds; get 31 titles from the HPGD catalog chosen at random by the staff for only $31! All titles are brand new and sealed and you will not receive any duplicates! This offer is available for a limited time only so make sure you have quick hands by heading over here right now!

WEIRD TALES Poland’s Weird Tales are indeed pretty weird (but weird good). A doom metal band happy to meander wherever the vibe takes them. On their latest release Too Weird To Live, To Rare To Die they start out seemingly channelling The Butthole Surfers, before… well hear for yourself. This two track release is name your price on bandcamp. So hop on over here, check them out and if you dig, grab a copy and check out the band’s other releases. And yes, I believe that’s GG Allin on the bike.

ANGUINE If you feel inclined to terrify your ears (and neighbours) with some dissonant, avant-garde black metal, head over here where you can get a copy of the two track EP MMXXI by Anguine at name your price, out now on Total DIssonance Worship.

HYPERDONTIA Denmark’s Hyperdontia do a mighty fine line in gruesome death metal. Their second album Hideous Entity will be out on the UK’s Me Saco Un Ojo Records on November 12th. In the meantime you can pre-order a vinyl or CD copy here, along with some related merch and you can also listen to the preview track Snake of Innards. Lovely.

Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder. While it’s our default setting to link bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative. So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.
