#BAZUndergroundUpdates CIII

Well, sh*t! If March isn´t at its end already and Easter is just around the corner! What better way to start a brand-new day but with a brand-new instalment of The Underground Updates?

So, let’s see what’s out there…

DUG Last Friday Pain Machine by Dug was released and is available now on Caution Yellow or Silver Steel 12”s. You can read more about that below. Meanwhile, head over here to watch the studio video of Down Off His Horse which was recorded and edited by Adam Tucker at Signature Tone Studios.

SUFFERING HOUR There appear to be quite the few confirmed live shows so far this year at the Cyclic Discarnation Unto Europe Tour w/ Haunter and it looks like Suffering Hour is nowhere near stopping any time soon! Head over to their Facebook Page to check out the dates and destinations!

DISTANT A delicious clear out sale is currently going on at Distant which offers a 30% off on the whole store for a limited time only so now is the time to act fast! Head over here to check out the selection and use the code Springsale at the checkout!

DUNKELHEIT PRODUKTIONEN It’s now or never, right? Dunkelheit Produktionen is currently having a sale offering a discount of 25% so head right over here to check out the selection!

FATHER BEFOULED If you’re in need of some ten ton death metal that’ll drop slabs of concrete on your head from the first note, check out Crowned In Veneficum. The latest release by Father Befouled is available now on Everlasting Spew Records. Boy, she’s a heavy one. Listen to the album in full here where you can also purchase on CD or digital.

DUG Minneapolis noise / doom duo DUG have just put out their second album on The Ghost Is Clear Records. What a hellish, crawling, cacophony it is too (in the best way!). Limited colour vinyl copies are selling out fast, but you should still be able to pick up a copy here where you can also have your ears pounded to dust. Well, the album is called Pain Machine, so what do you expect?

DEATHSPELL OMEGA French black metal veterans Deathspell Omega have just released their latest album The Long Defeat on NoEvDia. It’s dark, it’s oppressive, it’s weird and you can listen in full here, where you can also pick up a copy on CD and vinyl.

Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder. While it’s our default setting to link Bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative. So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.
