Once every few weeks it gets a bit harder than normal to keep these intros witty and interesting, and this week is one of those, so…

So, let’s see what’s out there…

NON SERVIAM Oh boy do we love this one! Non Serviam has two versions of their new video for the cover of Something in the Way by Nirvana, and the censored version is now available on their YouTube channel right here! However, if you are anything like us you may want to head over here for the uncensored version!

BLACK LION RECORDS The best times of the months are those days that include a brand new album release, whatever band it may be. So, now Credic´s new album Vermillion Oceans is out now via Black Lion Records and you can head over here for your copy. Even better than that, use the code spring50 to get 50% off! Furthermore, since you are at it, Black Lion Records has begun it´s spring clearance sale in order to make some space on those shelves, so of course the 50% off is on everything; valid CD/Vinyl, new and old merch!

VIA NOCTURNA Can you believe that labels have already started with their spring sale? Spring is HERE! Via Nocturna now offers 50% off on all stock, except of course on already discounted items; boy that’s a lot of discount! Head over here to check out the selection and remember to use the code Nox50!

SPILL YOUR GUTS Trepanation Recordings have just released The Wrath It Takes, the new album by extreme metal group Spill Your Guts. Produced by Scott Middleton from Cancer Bats, the album comes in a range of different vinyl editions. You can check them all out here, where you can also listen to the album in full.

MOSAIC Taking influences from German folk traditions Masaic follows previous release Secret Ambrosian Fire with more raw black metal to draw you deep into the dark woods. The album is available on various limited edition formats. You can check them all out and listen to the album here.

SUFFERING HOUR Minnesota’s extreme metal group have announced that this week will be the last chance to order merch from their bandcamp store for the next five or six weeks as the band will be on the road. You can see the range here where you can also check out the band’s European tour dates.

Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder. While it’s our default setting to link Bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative. So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.

Our writers Julia Katrin and Tom Osman couldn´t be happier that spring is finally here and summer will be upon us before we even know it, and of course in spring celebration we will be taking advantage of those special giant spring sales as well as goodies and releases, so we encourage you to do the same!
