May… The month of the force. ahahahahahah. This past week, was productive in many things, at least for me, and the week seemed to pass so damn fast. Good or bad? Idk, I don’t think about it and to help me not to think I had my music and books… But let talk about bands and their music…

Why every time I look to the band’s name I think always as a Pagan Black Metal or a Folk Heavy Metal band in the vein of Skyclad? Don’t ask me why, I don’t know. The band is known for the music, but also cause of the people behind it are doing outside the band. Label, magazines, cookbook, promoters… But the music is the theme here. If you don’t know the band, well you should. Moving inside the Heavy Doom Metal is not my cup of tea, to be honest, but that are bands that deserve my attention and Cauchemar is one of the few. Check them.

BUMMMMM. Amazing release. Very good indeed. The atmosphere, sensation while listening to the album, the music, and the way the band mixes the music styles. Really good. it was a big and pleasant surprise for me. I advise you to listen to this band and if you are in the Sludge/Doom/Drone world you will love this album for sure.

First hearing? First opinions? First reactions? First comments? Hmmm… Mainly Old School Death Metal but at the same time, you can’t deny the Doom Metal style present in their music. So bands like Cianide, Abscess, Autopsy, Abyssus, came to my head immediately, not saying the band is a copy + paste band. No way. Is just for you to have an idea and me too, of what the band plays. You will not regret… Unless you don’t listen to this album…

Finland always had a very good Death Metal movement. A lot of quality on the bands from there. The attitude of the bands, the riffs created, etc. The Finnish Death Metal is unique. At least in my opinion. Coprophilia is one, well, was one of those bands. When I saw the name of the band in the promos I was happy, a lot, to be honest. Cause finally I would manage to listen to all the demos (only two I know) and I never saw/heard the second one. . . Thank you Helter Skelter Productions.
