UNHOLY VAMPYRIC SLAUGHTER SECT Is it winter yet? Well apparently it’s winter 365 days of the year in the world occupied by Unholy Vampyric Slaughter Sect. Strap yourself in for some hardcore, raw Black Metal in the form of their new album Anti-Cosmic Doctrine Of The New Blood Gods (say that fast ten times), courtesy of New York’s Crown and Throne Ltd. You can purchase the album and listen in full here. Just keep an eye on the door to the basement, in case the spirits of hell are coming to the surface.
CRYPTAE Meanwhile, there’s head-spinning, raw experimental death metal on offer at Sentient Ruin Laboratories in the form of Capsule, the second album by Dutch, mind-melting duo Cryptae. Though you’ll have to wait a little longer to purchase the album on vinyl, you can whet your appetite by listening to the album in full here, with CD and cassette copies available, as well as vinyl copies of the duo’s collected demos release.
